Starting April 28th, this program is open to ANYONE—from first-timers to experienced competitors—who wants to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident tackling HYROX-style training.
What’s Included?
🏋️ 6x programmed sessions per week to develop race-specific fitness: ✅ 1x Engine Session – High-intensity sustained efforts to improve heart rate variability & recovery. ✅ 2x Power/Explosive Session – Build strength & efficiency for movements like sled pulls & broad jumps. ✅ 2x Run-Specific Sessions – Interval-based running to develop endurance & time on legs. ✅ 1x Mobility & Recovery Day – Because recovery is key to progress
